| Princeton Cultural Council meeting minutes   November 8, 2012 Present: Andrea Caspari, Christian Gal, Katie Green, Karen Rossow Excused: Janeen Baker Meeting began at 7:10 p.m. in the Town Hall Annex small room.  A motion was made and approved to include in our acceptance letters to please contact the Princeton Cultural Council members two weeks prior to the event so we can plan on attending. Current amount of funding is $5793. Conflict of Interest disclosures completed by Christian Gal, Andrea Caspari and Karen Rossow due to association with the Princeton Arts Society and familiarity with Katie Green for her application. Katie Green abstained from voting on her application.  Balance: $2193. We would like to rollover into the next year because the denied applications were either without merit or didn’t have a local sponsor.  Possible ideas for next funding cycle: sculpture in new outdoor classroom at Thomas Prince School, a performance/storytelling festival one day at venues around the town common.
